The neighborhood is located near Blackhawk Golf Course, as well as Lake Pflugerville.

The neighborhood Amenity Center has a party room, kitchen, and open air pavilion with a fireplace that our residents can reserve to enjoy with friends, family, and neighbors.

We are a very short drive from Costco, located at the southeast corner of State Hwy 130 and State Hwy 45.  On the southwest corner of the same intersection, you’ll find a Cinemark Theater and 24 Hour Fitness. Stone Hill Town Center also offers a wide variety of shopping choices, including Super Target, Home Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Best Buy. Restaurants include Torchy’s Tacos, Chili’s, Chic-fil-A, and many more.

Across from Stone Hill Town Center is Typhoon Texas, a large, family friendly water park enjoyed by many visitors from across the state.
